Question 1

What does draftd do?

Accepted Answer

It turns a text description into a procedural Three.js 3D scene: real proportions from a named reference, physically based materials, and nothing that overlaps. The scene renders live in your browser, and you can download it as a PNG image or a GLB 3D file.

Question 2

Is draftd free and does it keep what I write?

Accepted Answer

The free tier gives 8 models per day with no account. Your descriptions are never stored. Only a daily counter tied to a browser fingerprint is kept to enforce the limit. Pro adds batch generation, many descriptions in one call, for sites and galleries that need several models at once.

Question 3

How do I get a PNG or a GLB file?

Accepted Answer

Type a description, click Generate model, and once it renders, click Download PNG or Download GLB below it. Both are real exports of what you see on screen: the PNG reads the live canvas, and the GLB uses Three.js's own exporter, so what you get matches what you saw.
